Andrew Ruczenczyn on Saturday 11th Feb will be once again competing (well try to get round) the Hell Runner event that he did last
year. It's the one through mud, bogs, water and has hills that should be up in the alps!
He is running for a nationwide charity called the Rainbow Trust that helps families with children who have a terminal illness, it would be great
if you could support the charity by making a donation on his charity page, if you go to www.justgiving.com/Rooch37

Ladies Pamper Night
Tickets are now available for the 2nd Ladies Pamper Night. It will be held on 23rd April, 19:00 in the Clubhouse. Tickets are
£5 which includes a hot supper and a drink (glass of wine etc).
As last time, each pamper will be paid for individually at £2 per pamper. This time there will be sports massage, hand and foot massage,
mini facials, and nail bar. You will recall it was very busy and very successful last time, so we expect the tickets to go quickly.

Winter Practice for 2012 is as follows:-
Monday nights at Dinnington Comprehensive Sports Hall starting 23rd January.
- 17:00 - 19:30 Academy, Under 11's & Under 13 nets
- 19:30 - 21:00 Seniors, U17's, Ladies and Girls
Tuesday nights at Wickersley Sports Hall starting 31st January.
- 19:00 - 20:30 Under 15's

Congratulations to Janet King.
It is with massive pride that we at Anston CC offer our congratulations to our very own Janet King on her appointment as Vice
President of the B&DCL for the 2012 season - our very own first lady. An honour primarily for Janet but also for our
club - the first lady to hold such a position within B&DCL - I am sure she will do a magnificent job in the same way she has for
Anston CC over the years. In 2013 she will then take on the role of President of the League.

Golf Day Arranged.
The date is now fixed for Sunday 1st April 2012 at Worksop Golf Club, commencing at 14:00. The complete package cost
remains at the 2011 price of £45 which includes: coffee and bacon rolls on arrival, 18 holes of golf, entry into the Two's competition,
Excellent hot dinner at the end of the day, Presentation of Prizes.
